Read this guide for a quick introduction to Baseball Boss. Think of it as your starting 9 for Baseball Boss domination.

1) Register for free. It only takes a few seconds. Be sure to put in a valid email, because you will need to verify it.
2) Create your owner profile. Pick a name and an image. Remember that as an owner, you'll be able to create multiple teams.
3) Open your starter pack of cards. These are the cards you'll use to fill out your first team.
4) Create your team. Move cards from your collection to your roster, and then set your lineups and rotation. Remember, you're the boss.
5) Scrimmage and challenge teams in the Ballpark. You don't have to be online at the same time to play another team. By playing other teams, you earn tickets. Tickets are one of two online currencies used in the game to acquire cards. (The other currency is Challenge Coins, which you can buy at the Store.)
6) Get to know the cards. Browse, search and filter the Baseball Boss card catalog to see what's available. Baseball Boss has two brands of cards - Spire (the premium brand) and National (the value brand). Each brand also has a tier system that indicates card rarity and its value in head to head gameplay. Tier 1 (grey) is the least rare/valuable, and tier 7 (red) is the most/rare valuable.
7) Get more cards. You can buy packs, boxes and cases in the Store or win them in the Auction House. Give it a try; you'll be surprised how fun the experience can be. Have fun opening the packs to see who you get. Try trading your doubles (or guys you don't like) with other owners or sell them in the auction house.
8) Start more teams. As your card collection grows, try adding teams. Have fun with different combinations of players. Build a small payroll team. Try an all old timers team. An all Hall of Famers team. Assemble a roster of players from your favorite team. We'll be releasing new sets all the time, so the options are only limited by your imagination.
9) Have fun. Remember what Crash Davis said in Bull Durham..."Let's have some fun out here!"
